  • Once your order is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation message via email or your registered mobile number.
  • Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days.

🚚 Delivery

  • Orders are delivered through approved courier partners.
  • Delivery times and shipping costs vary according to the courier’s policy and the destination.
  • You will be notified once your order has been shipped.

💳 Payment Policy

  • All payments are made online in advance through the available payment options on the website (credit/debit cards or digital wallets).
  • Cash on delivery is not available at the moment.
  • All transactions are processed securely through trusted and encrypted payment systems.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Clients have the right to return a product within 5 days from the date of receiving the order.

Returned items must be in their original condition, including:

  • Unused and unworn.

  • With original packaging and tags attached.

  • Free of any damage or alteration.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed through the same payment methodused in the original purchase.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • The client is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.
